Before you start

The short version of what we can and can't do.

Will Center Parcs refund the difference automatically?

No. If your booking came with their Price Promise, you have 5 days from the price falling to contact them and ask. We tell you when to ask. The asking is yours. More on how the Price Promise works.

What counts as "what I paid"?

The total on your booking confirmation, including anything you added at the time. That's the number we compare against, so use it as it is.

How often do you look?

Price watches once a day, early in the morning. Back-in-stock watches every 60 minutes. There's also a button on your watch page if you want us to look right now.

Will a sold-out lodge come back?

Often not. Lodges reappear when someone cancels or changes their booking, and we can't make that happen. What we can do is notice within the hour and tell you.

Are you Center Parcs?

No. ParcSync is a small independent project with no connection to Center Parcs. It reads the same public search results you'd see on their website.
